Colorworx
Born and bred in Germany I came to New Zealand in 1998. I was always passionate about colour and fibre and inspired by the New Zealand environment I developed my own style - a combination of European tradition set free by the spirit of a young country.
My true passion is to create quirky and unusual fibre art and I love to combine fibre with 'hard' material in a surprising way. My goal for the future is to explore and develop this further especially by embedding it in the landscape.
My 'bread and butter' are:
- cobweb light delicate nunoscarves made of silk and wool
- a range of flowers in different sizes
- unique accessories
